MERAUDER Filming New Video In Chicago

October 1, 2009

MERAUDER's October 17 concert at Subterranean in Chicago, Illinois with CRO-MAGS and DEATH THREAT will be filmed for the band's first video since "Master Killer". The clip will make its online debut before the group takes off for its European tour in December with ENTOMBED.

A trailer for MERAUDER's new album, "God Is I", can be viewed below. The CD was released on June 19 via Sweden's Regain Records. Vocalist Jorge Rosado stated, "This is one of the most important and brutal records we've ever worked on and it's all worth it!!!"

According to a press release, "God Is I" is MERAUDER's "most focused recording since [1995's] 'Master Killer'. Melding the band's roots with modern bite, the intent becomes immediately clear within seconds of the album's suckerpunch opening riff; 'Until' hones in on its listener and the chase begins. Runaway freight train grooves, mid-pace stomps, seething gang vocals and death metal-drenched riffs all find themselves vying for supremacy amidst their patented NYHC delivery."

The track listing for the CD is as follows:

01. Until
02. Ratcatcher
03. Built On Blood
04. Gangsta
05. Forgotten Children
06. God Is I
07. Perdona Me
08. Hell Captive
09. Intro
10. Ahora
11. Never Surrender
12. See You In Hell
